STORAGE EXPRESS, Customer Service Representative

The Company

Storage Express is a growing self storage development and management company with nearly 50 employees. We have over 70 locations in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ohio. The Bloomington office handles all of the administrative responsibilities for our self-storage properties.

Responsibilities:

* Renting (selling) storage spaces to the public
* Customer problem resolution
* Documentation of processes to support sales inquiry & customer problem resolution
* Develop & maintain customer loyalty by meeting their needs efficiently & consistently
* Interact effectively with A/R, Maintenance, and Administrative departments
* Communicate to management regarding areas of concern for customers as well as potential opportunities for growth and process improvement

Requirements:

* 1 or more years of experience in an inbound customer service / call center environment
* Experience with a Windows-based PC environment including e-mail and familiarity with MS Word. A little Excel know-how is helpful.
* Attention to detail, problem solving and follow-up skills
* Strong communication skills
