Storage Express Acquires Former Simply Self Storage Location

Bloomington, Indiana-based Storage Express announced that it has acquired the former Simply Self Storage in Crawfordsville, Indiana (pop 7,000) at a recent bank-ordered auction. Storage Express was pleased to add this 28,000 square foot property to its portfolio. This property will be the first in this small Midwestern community to offer the Company’s 24-Hour Automated Rental Center, high tech security and other amenities common to their portfolio.
Storage Express owns and operates over 70 properties in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ohio. The Company has also opened new locations this year in others small communities including Bedford, Petersburg, Sellersburg, and Columbus, Indiana.
