Our properties are located in smaller towns. We've developed our business by centralizing the rentals of our storage spaces out of our Bloomington office. Our current or prospective customers contact us via a toll-free telephone number that feeds into our call center.

Administrative functions are also centralized in our Bloomington office. These include billing and the collection of rents, the posting of rent payments to our customer accounts, general accounting, payables and payroll processing, as well as advertising, insurance administration, and related activities.

We have de-centralized the business of physically looking after our properties. Our Field Service Representatives go to our properties at least once weekly to inventory the vacant and occupied spaces, to make-ready vacated spaces, and other routine maintenance. Our company contracts out services like lawn care, pest control, and snow removal.
