Storage Express owns and operates self storage properties across Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee and Ohio. Our main office is located in Bloomington, Indiana.
Most of our properties are located in suburban communities and smaller cities. We've developed our business by centralizing the rentals of our storage spaces out of our Bloomington office. Our current or prospective customers rent from us through our in-house call center, on-line, or at our fully automated Rental Centers at our properties.
Billing, rent collections, payment processing, and all general administrative
work is also centralized in Bloomington.
Our Field Reps service our properties each week to inventory vacant and occupied spaces, to make-ready vacated spaces, and perform routine maintenance.
