Responsibility for screening applicants is shared by
the Storage Express hiring manager and an employment
screening service.
The service provider is responsible for checking
sources including a social security trace, criminal
conviction records, motor vehicle records,
educational credentials, professional licenses, and
credit history (for certain positions).
Information will be evaluated based on
job-relatedness and other factors.
Applicants will be asked to sign a waiver and
release form enabling Storage Express to complete
the pre-employment screening. Refusal to sign
the release form will result in ineligibility for
hire.
We pay a $250 referral bonus to any employee who
refers a job applicant to us who is hired and
successfully passes beyond the 90 day probationary
period.
